Not only do we design, build and install residential and commercial landscape lighting, and pondless waterfalls, we also provide maintenance service to continue to serve clients on a long term basis.

B & W Lighting offers preventative maintenance on a quarterly basis for optimal performance
of lighting systems. What maintenance can do for you:

  • Energize entire system Check for any light bulbs out
  • Check for any shorts or voltage loss Increases transformer and lamp life
  • Trim and prune around fixtures Keep light from becoming obstructed
  • Clean lenses on all fixtures Keep from light loss / (yellowing)
  • Remove moisture from inground fixtures Extend socket life from corrosion
  • Apply silicone based grease on gaskets Keep from dry rot and compromising the seal on fixtures
  • Coat sockets and back of lamps with di-electric-grease Greatle extends the life of fixture and lamp
  • Touch-up/ paint fixtures Keeps lighting fixtures looking new
  • Replace low volt lamps Keeps others from burning out early

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

  • Replace all low voltage lamps once a year.
  • All other lamps will be billed separately.
  • Any low volt fixtures that require relocating or remounting over 2’
  • All 120-volt fixtures that require relocating or remounting.
  • Any broken/missing parts or pieces. Contact us for pricing.

BENEFITS:

  • We will be able to keep your system operating at an optimum performance level (like new).
  • When we replace your low voltage lamps they should last about a year, some longer, some shorter.
  • We will replace any lamps that burn out early at no additional charge, provided that we are already on site for your quarterly maintenance and we have either installed the system or have replace all lamps previously.
  • We can make sure the proper wattage is in the fixture to reduce fixture failure.
  • This service will eliminate service fees for individual calls.
  • We can move or adjust your lighting system as your landscape mateurs or changes, before it becomes overgrown.
